1. Purpose and access

Eyos Storage is intended for the owner’s media files and project archives, and for people the owner explicitly authorizes to use the server. This website provides information about the utility; it does not offer public registration, sell storage plans, or provide a public file-sharing service.

Eyos Storage is independently operated. It is not a Google product, and Google does not operate or endorse this utility.

2. Google authorization and account security

Connect only a Google account and files that you are authorized to access. Google authorization enables the file operations described on the consent screen and in the privacy policy. You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account, server, and saved credentials.

Your use of Google Drive remains subject to the applicable Google Drive terms, storage limits, and account policies. Your own Google storage and server hosting charges remain your responsibility.

3. Your files and instructions

You retain your rights to your files. Using Eyos Storage does not transfer ownership of them to the operator. You authorize the connection to access, transfer, cache, and modify files only as needed to perform the storage operations you or your authorized server applications request.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to store and use your content. Changes made through the connection, including deletions, can affect the corresponding files in Google Drive.

4. Acceptable use

Use the connection lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not use it to access accounts or files without permission, distribute malicious software, compromise systems, or bypass Google’s access controls and usage restrictions.

5. Availability and copies of your data

The utility depends on the server, internet connectivity, and Google Drive. It is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or successful transfers. File writes may remain in a local cache before uploading to Drive.

Maintain independent copies of important data and verify that uploads have completed before removing originals. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Privacy

The Eyos Storage privacy policy explains the Google data accessed, its use and storage, retention, and how to remove local copies or revoke access. Google user data is used to provide the storage connection described there.

7. Ending access

You may stop using the connection at any time and revoke its permission through Google Account connections. Stopping or revoking access does not automatically delete files in Google Drive or cached copies on the server.

The operator may restrict or stop the utility for maintenance, security, misuse, or discontinuation. Arrange any necessary copies of your data before a planned shutdown.

8. Updates and contact

Updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to any authorized users before taking effect. New uses of Google data requiring consent will be handled as described in the privacy policy.
